# One Stop Apothecary Shop Legal Notice, Terms of Sale, and Product Policy

Welcome to onestopapothecaryshop.com (the “Site”), operated by One Stop Apothecary Shop and its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to be bound by this Legal Notice, Terms of Sale, and Product Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

## 1. Products and Intended Use
We offer paper crafting supplies (cardstock, stamps, embossing folders, die cuts, pigments, journals, and related items), PLA 3D printed craft accessories and organizers, and sharp craft tools (precision knives, blades, rotary cutters, detail scissors, etc.).

**All products are sold strictly for hobby, crafting, decorative, and personal use only.** They are **not** intended for:
- Food contact (unless explicitly labeled as food-safe)
- Load-bearing, structural, or high-stress applications
- Medical, therapeutic, or safety-critical uses
- Commercial manufacturing or resale as finished goods without authorization

**PLA 3D Printed Products**: These items have material limitations. PLA can soften above approximately 140°F (60°C), may be brittle, and is not guaranteed for functional or high-heat use. Small parts may present choking hazards. Always inspect before use.

**Sharp Craft Tools**: These are precision instruments capable of causing serious cuts or injury. Adult supervision and proper safety practices are required.

You assume all risks associated with the use, modification, or application of any product.

## 2. Safety Warnings
**Sharp Tools Warning**: Use of sharp craft tools can result in severe lacerations, cuts, or other injuries. Always use on a proper cutting mat, with blade guards when possible, and never leave exposed blades unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Seek immediate medical attention for any injury. The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or improper handling.

**PLA Prints Warning**: Buyer is responsible for verifying suitability for any intended application. We are not liable for breakage, deformation, melting, or failure of printed items.

## 3. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to purchase products, particularly sharp tools. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

## 4. Intellectual Property
All 3d prints and anything with Apothecary Print & Press are trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs (including all 3D models, print files such as STL/3MF, and physical product embodiments), text, graphics, images, software, and other content on the Site or embodied in our products (collectively, the “Intellectual Property” or “IP”) are the exclusive property of **One Stop Apothecary Shop and its affiliates** or our licensors. This IP is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

**One Stop Apothecary Shop and its affiliates own all right, title, and interest in the designs and 3D models for all 3D printed products sold on the Site.**

Purchase of a physical product does **not** transfer any ownership rights or licenses (beyond the limited license below) in the underlying designs, digital files, or IP.

You are granted a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** solely for your personal, non-commercial hobby, crafting, or decorative use of the physical products lawfully purchased from us. This license explicitly **does not** permit you to:
- Reproduce, copy, scan, 3D scan, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any designs, models, or products;
- Sell, resell, distribute, share, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the designs, digital files, or physical products;
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Use the products or designs in any manner that competes with our business or infringes our rights.

Any unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property constitutes infringement. We will vigorously enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, attorney fees, and costs. We do not authorize any third-party reproductions, file sharing, or commercial copying of our designs.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SAFE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

## 7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use or misuse of any products (including sharp tools or PLA prints);
- Any violation of this Policy or applicable laws;
- Infringement of our Intellectual Property rights;
- Any modification, resale, or third-party claims related to your actions.

## 8. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Our products and this Site are not associated with any firearms, regulated devices, or other licensed manufacturing activities.

## 9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coffee County, Tennessee.

## 10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
